By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to all of the below.

If you break any of the terms, you will be held liable to be blacklisted and therefore banned from future purchases, and will no longer be allowed the rights to use any pieces commissioned without refund.

Payment is required beforehand or after sketch is approved (whichever is requested from the client).

Any completed commissions are non-refundable.

You are not allowed to resell artwork of mine unless specifically agreed upon that you can use it for commercial work with clear and proper credit back to me and my accounts.

Crediting is required if you are to repost a commission. Do so by tagging my social media (ex. instagram, twitter, tiktok)

Reposting is NOT allowed if you have not bought art from me or have not gained proper permission for such.

As the artist, I retain the right to post any finished commissions to my social media or art sites. (However, if you ask that I don't post it, I will respect your request so long as you do not post it either)

You may NOT alter any of my art in any way, including; removing my watermark, editing the character, changing background, etc.

Print your commission for personal use.

Crop and resize the art I give you. (ie. for social media icons or banners) HOWEVER, I require you still credit me for the piece. My watermark MUST still be visible if cropped.

Post the art to your own website/social media, but you are required to link back to me or credit me.

Request small edits and corrections to finished pieces. (ie. hair color, skin colors, etc) Large edits and redraws must be paid for.

Any other personal uses that does not violate my rights and ownership of the copyright.

Print your commission for commercial use/resale if not discussed and approved with me.

Color my sketches or lineart.

Edit any photos I give you (including previews mid-commission, or final work).

Paint/draw over my artwork.

Remove my signature or watermark.

I do not accept requests.

I sometimes do art trades. (as of May 2021 they are closed)

I use Procreate on an iPad Pro (3rd gen!)

You may NOT repost my art without permission and proper crediting and linking back to my profile(s).

You MAY use my art for device wallpapers or profile pictures if you properly credit/link back to me.

Depending on the style ordered, it can take 1 week minimum and 3 weeks max. This is due to helping care for my disabled father and epileptic mother; along with taking care of our dogs and my cat. This is subject to change if I go through a pain flare, but 1-3 weeks is a general estimate.

We recently added international shipping on May 22nd, 2021! This is still a learning curve for us, as we haven't had experience packaging for them to inspect with customs if needed, but we're excited to be able to offer international shipping at all! It's available for all items besides prints and stickers while we figure out how to adjust the shipping costs on those (as they will be sent with letter mail, not in packages.)
